I joined the Herts Foto Forum in 2023 and enjoy seeing and being inspired by the work of fellow photographers. I have in the past dabbled in wedding photography (stressful but rewarding) and in motorsports photography for a Scottish newspaper (great fun and rewarding, a healthier combination!) Now, having retired from a career in business, I am a “stock photographer” selling digital images to North American newspapers and magazines. My personal work is shot on both digital and film (35mm and roll film) cameras. The photos here, and those on my Instagram and Facebook pages, are just for fun and taken for no other reason than that they make me happy.

They may just look like daisies, but this summer shot reminds me to book a return visit to my favourite cottage in the Lake District, at Torver Fell near Coniston Water. Ah, which reminds me… (works every time!)
